For our hand-dipped ice cream, we offer: kid scoop (3 oz), single scoop (4.5 oz), double scoop (9 oz) and triple scoop (13.5 oz).
For ice cream on the go, we offer pints (16 oz) and quarts (32 oz).
Special orders for events include pints, quarts or our 2.5 gallon tubs of any flavor are available. Please call the store for details.

Hopkins Farm Creamery offers farm made, hand scooped cups or cones, homemade waffles cones, milkshakes, banana splits, sundaes, root beer floats, and malts. We are also offering ice cream sandwiches, ice cream cakes and ice cream pies.

"Dairy Days" started in 2010 as a fundraising opportunity for the Delaware Junior Holstein Association. It was a great event where the Junior Holstein Association members set up stations like making butter, learn about milking, and other games to help educate the public about life on the dairy farm. We hope to see this event continue in the years to come!

Our ice cream shop does have a viewing door inside the pavilion where the cows are kept. You can watch the ice cream being made from there.
